Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt says unless actors keep changing their look for every film, it will become boring.
Talking to reporters in Mubai at an event, the Highway and Tudent of the Year actress said, “Now a days there are characters for which one has to look (in a) certain way. For ‘Udta Punjab’ I had to lose weight and for ‘Shaandaar’ I had to have that bikini look… I had to look desirable as a lady. It is boring if you (actors) keep looking same way in all your (their) films.”
She added, “We as actors need to create new look and try and be different for every character that we play portray. We hope to achieve a fit look.”
In her upcoming film ‘Shaandaar,’ Alia will be seen in bikini for the first time. While in ‘Udta Punjab,’ she will be seen acting opposite Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor.
Alia is also sharing screen space with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan in Karan Johar’s next home production. She, however, refused to speak about this film adding that “We will talk about it later.”
