Hundreds killed in Afghanistan earthquakes

There are reports of more than 500 people being killed in an earthquake that rocked Afghanistan on Saturday.

News agency AP reported that two 6.3 magnitude earthquakes killed at least 320 people in western Afghanistan on Saturday.

A report by the BBC said that the death toll is expected to rise as information comes in from rural areas, with one Taliban government department suggesting it could be more than 2,000.
