So it turns out that the acronym Mumbai police 'let's stop drugs' campaign is lsd. Which is of course a drug.

A relatively late entrant to the microblogging site, Mumbai police’s popularity has soared phenomenally. Its official twitter handle has gained more than 31,000 followers within two months of being launched.
The cops have hired the services of an Indian content marketing and digital media agency Trivone Digital Services to run the twin twitter accounts of Mumbai Police and Commissioner of Mumbai Police, but the tweets are first vetted before being posted for public.
This user was right in guessing that the Mumbai Police’s account is not run by some Inspector Gaitonde- a name often used to portray a Mumbai cop in Bollywood movies.
Apparently there's some agency behind the Mumbai Police Twitter account and not Inspector Gaitonde.
