ACB Row: Manish Sisodia raises questions on the Home Ministry

Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia on Friday raised questions on the Home Ministry regarding the Delhi Anti-Corruption Bureau issue, in a string of tweets via Twitter.

In one of the first tweets, Sisodia asked why the Ministry of Home Affairs and LG Najeeb Jung not volunteer to pick up the garbage when they are ready to repeat that the ACB belongs to them. He further tweeted that why is it that the transfer of MCD officials be decided by MHA while Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has to make them do their duties?

Accusing the MHA of playing ‘Heads, I win, Tails, you lose’ tricks, Sisodia questioned why is it that Kejriwal is responsible for the salaries of the officials while the ministry claims complete control over taking actions against officials who do not work.

Here are the tweets posted by Sisodia on the micro blogging website:

The AAP government and the Ministry of Home Affairs have been involved in a war of words over appointments of senior officials and functioning of the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB).
