Samachar Plus, a regional channel broadcast to audiences in Uttar Pradesh, had recently posted a video claiming that ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans were chanted during a Congress rally in Moradabad recently.
However, no one in the video can be seen chanting the slogans raising questions on the authenticity of the video.
Congress’ threat to serve legal notice against Samachar Plus and Sudarshan TV comes after the Aaam Aadmi Party had recently branded the latter as an RSS mouthpiece announcing its boycott.
