According to reports, an FIR has been filed against AAP leader Kumar Vishwas and his wife by Ex-Congress youth wing president Jagat Awana.
JKR does not vouch for the authenticity of the documentVishwas has denied knowing Awana in person and said that he wasn’t even aware why a complaint was registered and on what basis.
It is also being reported that Jagat Awana was the same person who had been caught on camera asking a lady to name Vishwas in a case registered with DCW.
The FIR has been filed in Sector 20 Noida and it is reportedly based on the complainant’s version that Vishwas had threatened him.
