CBSE 12th Boards, NEET, JEE Main 2021 Exams: The Indian government is likely to take a final decision on whether to hold the CBSE 12th Boards, NEET and JEE Main Exams 2021 tomorrow. The details for CBSE Class 12 exams would be available on the board’s official website cbse.gov.in.

India’s Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank took to Twitter to post a series of tweets as he wrote, “The Hon’ble Prime Minister has desired that any decision affecting the careers of his beloved students has to be taken in wide consultations with all State Governments & Stakeholders. I recently held a meeting with the State Education Secretaries in this regards.”
Nishank said that the consultative process will be ‘further strengthened through a high-level meeting to be chaired by Hon’ble Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh Ji, also to be attended by my cabinet colleagues Smt. Smriti Irani ji and Shri Prakash Javdekar ji.’

“All the State Government Education Ministers and Secretaries have been requested to attend this meeting and to share their valuable views with regards to upcoming examinations. This virtual meeting will take place at 11.30 AM on 23rd May, 2021,” the education minister added.
Nishank also urged parents to send their ‘valuable suggestions’ to him for him to be able to take an informed decision on the matter.
Parents and opposition leaders have been urging the government to cancel this year’s CBSE exams in light of the raging pandemic to ensure the safety of children. The government had earlier decided to cancel the CBSE Class 10 exams.
