As bizarre trends has been going viral across India on social media platforms. Known as Kiki challenge, this has caught the attention of social media users around the globe.
The challenge involves a person jumping out of a moving car and dancing to Drake’s song ‘ In My Feelings’ beside their slow-moving vehicle as it cruises down the street.
The ‘Kiki challenge’ rose to prominence late last month when internet comedian Shiggy posted a video of himself, enthusiastically dancing to Drake’s song ‘In My Feelings,’ to Instagram on 30 June.
Since then, thousands of people around the world have imitated his dance and posted their results to social media, including celebrities such as Ciara and Will Smith.

Several videos have surfaced on social media of people attempting the challenge. Several incidents of people crashing into poles, tumbling out of their vehicles, being hit by cars, and tripping on potholes while attempting the dare also emerged.
As a result authorities around the world have warned people not to attempt the “Kiki challenge” after several people were injured doing the dance.
Police from different countries including US, Malaysia, Spain, UAE and India have warned people about the dangers of the challenge.
In India, UP Police, Mumbai Police and Delhi Police tweeted videos cautioning people against enacting it.
Mumbai Police took to Twitter to write, “Not just a risk for you but your act can put life of others at risk too. Desist from public nuisance or face the music ! #DanceYourWayToSafety #InMySafetyFeelingsChallenge.”

“Dance on the floors, not on the roads! Kiki Challenge is not worth the fun.#InMyFeelings Keep Delhi roads safe for all,” tweeted Delhi Police.

‘In my feelings’ is a song from Drake’s latest album Scorpion. Within the song is the line “Kiki, do you love me?” which features in the viral dance.
