Terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) has released a video of its suicide bomber, who is believed to have caused a large-scale carnage in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama, killing 42 CRPF jawans on Thursday.
In the video, the JeM suicide bomber is seen sitting in a room dressed in a military outfit. Holding an automatic rifle, he is heard reciting an Urdu poetry to motivate his supporters. He says that ‘by the time this video reaches you, I would be enjoying the good things of the heaven.’

The news of 28 CRPF jawans being killed in a terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district sent a shockwave across India. The CRPF jawans came under attack by an IED blast as they made their way through Jammu-Srinagar highway in their military vehicle on Thursday.
Politicians cutting across party lines were quick to condemn the Thursday’s attack. Notable among them included Congress President Rahul Gandhi, Chief Ministers of Delhi and West Bengal, Arvind Kejriwal and Mamata Banerjee, senior Congress leaders, former Bihar Chief Minister Lalau Prasad Yadav and Union Minister Piyush Goyal and Arun Jaitley.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted, albeit very late in the day, “Attack on CRPF personnel in Pulwama is despicable. I strongly condemn this dastardly attack. The sacrifices of our brave security personnel shall not go in vain. The entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the families of the brave martyrs. May the injured recover quickly.”
His trusted lieutenant and BJP President Amit Shah tweeted, “Pained beyond words by the terror attack on our soldiers in Pulwama (J&K). It is an act of cowardice. My deepest condolences are with the families of our soldiers who have lost their lives. Our forces will remain firm against such acts of terror and defeat them.”
Home Minister Rajnath Singh said, “Today’s dastardly attack on crpf in Pulwama (J&K) is extremely painful and disturbing. I bow to each and every CRPF jawan who has sacrificed his life in service to the nation. I pray for the speedy recovery of the injured.”
The suicide bomber in question has been identified as Adil Ahmad Dar, who had joined the terror outfit JeM last year. The SUV driven by him was reportedly carrying around 350 kgs of explosives before it rammed into the convoy of CRPF.
