Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli provokes Hrithik Roshan with warning after Ekta Kapoor changes Mental Hai Kya’s date to clash with Super 30

Ekta Kapoor on Tuesday decided to reschedule the release of her next release  starring Kangana Ranaut and Raj Kumar Rao to clash with Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30 on 26 July. This has prompted Kangana’s motormouth sister Rangoli Chandel to launch a tirade against Hrithik Roshan with even a warning ‘‘Ab tu dekh, Jadoo tera kya hoga (Now you see what your condition will be).”

Hrithik had announced the release of his Super 30 in January this year, when he tweeted, “Happy to announce that#Super30 is headed for release on July 26, 2019. Soon, the time is about to change.”

On Tuesday, Ekta tweeted saying that she had decided to change the date of Mental Hai Kya to clash with Hrithik’s Super 30 for business reasons. She wrote, “My decision my film…..so all brickbats directed to me pls! I’m my own person !!!”

Mental Hai Kya was originally scheduled to release on 21 June.

The statement attached with her tweet read, ” To whomsoever it may concern,

A lot is being reported about Mental Hai Kya clashing with another film at the box office on July 26. The shift in the release date is a decision taken after the recommendations from the distributors, trade analysts and top research team, keeping in mind the releases a week before and after this date.
We have been advised to shift the release of our movie to July 26, purely for the business prospects.

On knowing, that there is already a movie scheduled for a release on that date, we did it all in our purview to ensure that there will be no mud slinging and it will be dignified release. We stand by assuring that to all other parties.

This is a call taken by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures considering better prospects for the movie at the box office and no other parties were involved.

Balaji Telefilms condemn the reports being circulated and stand by that Mental Hai Kya releasing on 26th July is purely a business decision made by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms.

We would like to state that Mental Hai Kya will be releasing on 26th July to ensure better business growth and prospect for the film.”

Ekta posted another tweet on Wednesday asking fans to not engage in a war of words because of the clash of the two films. She wrote, “The ugly underground tweets have begun. I‘ve promised to keep it clean and have assurances from my actors on the same. I hope personal assaults on them stop, because it’s my decision & Not theirs.”

Undeterred by Ekta’s advice, Kangana’s sister posted a series of tweets targeting Hrithik Roshan by even issuing a warning of dire consequences. She wrote, “What to expect from a man who always prefers to attack your back rather then meeting you in the battle field, jitna tu aur tera PR Kangana ko giraega utna he woh teri maregi (The more you and your PR tries to cause Kangana’s fall, the harder she’ll hit you)…. so far it wasn’t her concern magar ab tu dekh (wait and watch)… Jadoo.”

She continued with her rants in her subsequent tweets as she wrote, “Tu apne chillar PR se tweet karvata reh, woh ek interview degi…. tere charon khane chit.. (you keep depending on your cheap PR people, Kangana will give one interview and you will be knocked out).”

She even tagged Hrithik in one tweet when she wrote, “Balaji kya Kangana Ranaut ka production house hai jo woh jab chahe film release kare… lekin pappu toh pappu hota hai… common sense hai he nahin…. ab tu dekh beta, tera kya haal hoga (Is Balaji  Kangana’s production house that she has her say in deciding when their films are released. But you shall always remain pappu. You have no common sense. But wait and watch what happens to you).”

Hrithik and Kangana have been at wars for quite some time after the latter claimed that both were in romantic relationship in the past. Hrithik had vehemently denied Kangana’s claims.

Kangana and her sister are known to issue provocative statements against Bollywood stars and their families. They have recently picked fights with Alia Bhatt, her mother Soni Razdan and veteran actress Shabana Azmi.
