Janhvi Kapoor’s debut film Dhadak may not have been released yet but it’s already causing quite a stir on social media platforms. On Friday, the film became of topic of intense social media conversations after the Mumbai Police drew inspiration from her yet-to-be-released film to drive home a point for the city’s commuters on the need to obey the traffic rules.
A tweet by the Mumbai Police said, “Don’t underestimate the emotional quotient of traffic signals!! And their e-challan is anyways not too happy with your relationship #TrafficSignalMatters.” The tweet also carried a photo of Janhvi and her co-actor Ishaan Khattar with the following caption, “Kya naatak kar raha hai, mujhe dekh kyu nahin raha.” Janhvi’s face in the photo tweeted by the Mumbai Police was plastered with the traffic signals.
