The GoAir flight 341 made an emergency landing at the Mumbai airport on Saturday evening. The reason for the emergency landing is not known, but all passengers are reportedly safe.

Reliable sources at the airport told Janta Ka Reporter that the emergency landing had caused a considerable delay for arrival and departure by 30 to 45 minutes to all flights. One senior official said, “The air traffic has been blocked for last 10 minutes.”

The runway opened only at 10.05 pm for the scheduled flights to take off and land.

A GoAir spokesperson was quoted as saying, “Mumbai-Delhi flight G8 341 had to return to Mumbai due to a technical snag, since the landing gear of A320CEO aircraft did not retract.” The spokesperson said that an alternative flight was arranged at around 11.30 pm and all 177 passengers boarded the flight to Delhi.
