Police in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur district say that at least six people have died and many injured in a boiler explosion in a noodle factory. The toll is expected to rise further.
The explosion was so powerful that it could be heard five kilometers away from the site of the factory. The blast also damaged the buildings adjacent to the factory.
Those killed in the explosion are believed to be labourers of the factory.
Several fire brigades had to be rushed to the site.
