राफेल डील में लगातार हो रहे नए खुलासे के बीच बुधवार(13 फरवरी) को सीएजी की रिपोर्ट राज्यसभा में पेश की गई। इस दौरान कांग्रेस ने जेपीसी से जांच कराने की मांग को लेकर हंगामा किया। बता दें कि राफेल मामले को लेकर केंद्र सरकार के खिलाफ विपक्ष का लगातार हल्ला बोल जारी है।
CAG रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक यूपीए के मुकाबले NDA के शासनकाल में 2.86% सस्ती डील फाइनल की गई है। CAG रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक 126 विमानों के लिए किए गए सौदे की तुलना में भारत ने भारतीय आवश्यकतानुसार करवाए गए परिवर्तनों के साथ 36 राफेल विमानों के सौदे में 17.08 फीसदी रकम बचाई है।
राज्यसभा में पेश की गई भारतीय वायुसेना में कैपिटल एक्विज़िशन्स पर सीएजी रिपोर्ट में 16 पन्नों में राफेल सौदे के बारे में जानकारी दी गई है।
इसके अलावा बताया गया, रक्षा मंत्रालय की टीम ने मार्च 2015 में सिफारिश की थी कि 126 विमानों के सौदे को रद्द कर दिया जाए। टीम ने कहा था कि दसॉ एविएशन सबसे कम कीमत देने वाला नहीं है, तथा EADS (यूरोपियन एयरोनॉटिक डिफेंस एंड स्पेस कंपनी) टेंडर रिक्वायरमेंट को पूरी तरह पूरा नहीं करती।
