Mira Rajput has problems accepting gifts from fans for son Zain Kapoor

Bollywood’s newest mother Mira Rajput recently said that she was breastfeeding her new-born baby, Zain Kapoor, while underlining the significance of mother’s milk for a child.

Adding that it was the greatest gift one could give to her baby, Mira had said, “I was extremely religious with Misha and I am going to do the same with my newborn. It is the greatest gift you can give your baby.”

Days later, Mira took to her Instagram page to write to her fans, who were flooding her with gifts for Zain. In a moving post, Mira urged her fans to consider redirecting their gifts to those families, who were in ‘much more in need’ for such gifts.

She wrote, “Thank you to all those who have sent some beautiful gifts for Zain. We are so fortunate and extremely grateful for all we have, but there are many families and babies who are much more in need. Please send your products/gifts to those in need instead and make anotrher baby’s world a happier place.”

Mira’s moving message will make her even more popular among her fans, who have been following her every step with keen interest. Seldom does one see a Bollywood celebrity expressing her concern for the underprivileged in the society particularly at a time when she will be going through so much of emotional upheaval.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira were blessed with a baby boy, who they named Zain Kapoor, earlier this month. Days later, Shahid’s mother Neelima Azeem had spoken about how the family had arrived at a decision to name their second child Zain.

Shahid and Mira got married in 2015 with their first child Misha being born a year later. She celebrated her second birthday on 26 August last month.
