Aayush Sharma’s old tweets targeting Salman Khan, PM Modi, Smriti Irani come to haunt Loveyatri actor

Salman Khan recently deployed all his resources to promote his home production Loveyatri, which is the debut film for his brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma. Although, it’s too early to predict the box office success of the film, Aayush has found himself in a spot of bother.

That’s because some of his old tweets targeting Salman Khan and Union Minister Smriti Irani have come to haunt the young actor. In his tweets, now deleted, Aayush was seen attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Salman, Congress President Rahul Gandhi, cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Smriti Irani, among others.

His tweet for Irani read, “Still can’t believe Smriti Irani is part of the Cabinet. Wonder what she has done deserve it.”

On PM Modi, Aayush’s old tweet read, “I don’t know of Mr. Narender Modi can change India or No but he surely isn’t different from any other leader. Roads blocked cos of him.”

Targeting Rahul Gandhi, he wrote, “Rahul Gandhi is simply a LOSER. He can’t get good votes for Congress in UP. How can we even think of him being a PM??”

Aayush’s wife and Salman’s sister, Arpita Khan Sharma, wasted no time in taking to Twitter to claim that her husband’s account had been hacked. She wrote, “Someone has hacked into Aayush’s twitter acc & is posting extremely fabricated & malicious tweets. Our teams are getting to the bottom of this asap & strong action will be taken against the miscreants. This is totally uncalled for & not at all something Aayush would do.”

But fans weren’t convinced with Arpita’s clarification as one of them wrote, “The hackers are super genius he did what even @jack could not do, he edited the tweets of Aayush Sharma. And again tweeted with same date and time.” Another asked, “Is the Aayush Sharma drama a promo for his upcoming movie ?? If it is I have to still wrap my head around the idea.”

Knowing that Salman is never known to believe in ‘forgive and forget’ principle, it remains to be seen how he reacts to the disparaging tweet posted by his brother-in-law in the past. Or will his love for Arpita prompt him to bury the matter forever?
