Yet another AAP member has landed in a fake degree row. Delhi Cantt MLA Commando Surendra Singh has been given notice by Delhi HC on petition filed by BJP’s Karan Singh Tanwar citing an RTI reply by Sikkim University that no one named Surendra Singh was given a degree by it in the year 2012.
The AAP MLA had given details in his election affidavit that he graduated from this university in 2012.
Delhi Cantt MLA (Former Commando) Surendra Singh could not file his reply on the first notice and now has been given four more weeks to reply.
Reacting to the issue, Surinder said, “I will respond in the court, the truth will be out in the open. BJP will be embarrassed again.”
“I shall present all the documents in the court”, Commando Surinder Singh added.
