That’s because despite the function being organised in the capital of a BJP-ruled state, not many appeared interested to hear the achievements of the Modi government.

The event was organised at Bhopal’s Hindi Bhawan on Friday.

According to Rajasthan Patrika, the minister was scheduled to speak at 10, but he didn’t start his speech until 12 noon. By then, according to report, the women audience members had run out of patience and decided to leave.

Local BJP leaders made every attempt to hold them back, but to no avail, reported Bhopal Samachar.

Local Mayor, Alok Sharma and BJP MP, Alok Sanjar took control of the mic requesting the audience to stay back for the minister’s speech, but it turned out to be futile exercise.
