The Twitter account of India’s ambassador to the United Nations, Syed Akbaruddin, was hacked on Sunday with the hackers posting two photographs of Pakistan’s flag and the neighbouring country’s President Mamnoon Hussain.

The pictures were posted during the early hours of Sunday, and interestingly, Akbaruddin’s account had also lost its verified blue tick while account was in control of the hackers, reported ANI.
Akbaruddin’s account was later restored with the diplomat taking to Twitter to announce that it will take ‘more than a hack to keep me down.”
He wrote, “I’m back. It will take more than a hack to keep me down. ? Thanks to @TwitterIndia & many others who helped. (sic)”
