In a statement issued to Jantakareporter.com, the company said, “A person by the name of Radhika Saini who falsely claims to be a talent hunt Director at Sony Music has made an objectionable post on May 4th. To clarify, we at Sony Music have never had any association with this person. This is a clear case of impersonation and wrong representation. We strongly object to the statement made as we strictly follow a policy of equal opportunity and that is something we take very seriously.”

Jantakareporter.com was the first to report how racist Radhika Saini had told Syed Salman Haider, a model from Noida, that Sony did not employ Muslims fearing they could be terrorists.

The report had caused huge backlash on social media.
