Most of you would know that the Union Textiles Minister Smriti Irani had ruled Indian TV with her epic performance as Tulsi in Ekta Kapoor’s equally epic series, Kyonki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.
Irani’s acting prowess had won her five consecutive Indian Television Academy Awards for Best Actress and four Indian Telly Awards.
Her on-screen husband in Kyunki… was Ronit Roy, who played Mihir’s character. Ronit recently tweeted a photo with Irani after stumbling upon her in a flight.
His tweet read, “What are the chances??!!! So lovely to meet @smritiirani in the flight.”

Irani had left the show after a reported fallout with producer Ekta Kapoor. Ronit went on to do several TV series before trying his luck in Bollywood, where he’s had some success.
He was last seen Hrithik Roshan’starrer Kaabil and he will be next seen in Ram Gopal Verma’s Sarkaar 3 opposite Amitabh Bachchan.
Twitter users are simply loving the re-union of a very popular on-screen couple.
