Barely couple of days after jantakareporter.com reported how the veteran anti-graft crusader, Anna Hazare, had praised Arvind Kejriwal, he has received death threats from an unknown person.

According to PTI, the letter said that he will be “bumped off”  if he did not dissociate himself from Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

The letter warns that Mr Hazare, 78, will meet the same fate as rationalist Narendra Dabholkar who was shot dead near his home in Pune in 2013. It also asks Anna to stay in his village Ralegan Siddhi of Maharashtra.

Police has filed a case of criminal intimidation under section 506 of Indian Penal Code at the Parner Police Station in Ahmednagar district.
