A red carpet which was rolled out to welcome senior union minister Nitin Gadkari in a rally in Haldia, West Bengal got entangled with the rotors of the same helicopter in which Gadkari was onboard.
As per reports, due to the strong winds the tarpaulin and a strip of the red carpet got sucked by the rotors. The minister and others are safe.
