This was after the CBI arrested a class 11 student of the same school on Wednesday while exonerating the bus conductor, who was arrested suspected to be the man behind Pradyuman’s murder. Later it emerged that Haryana Police had planted a knife to establish that the murder was indeed executed by Ashok. This also allowed the cops to declare that they had solved the case within hours.

Earlier, the CBI produced the accused, who is a minor, before the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) and demanded his six-day custody.

The CBI told the juvenile court that the accused had confessed to his crime in front of his father. The CBI said that the accused committed the crime in order to postpone the parents-teachers meeting and the exams. The Haryana police had produced the student in court not as a suspect but as a witness.

  1. His father is a lawyer.. He knew very well what he was doing, as he was confident that he can get away with it with by practicing what he saw in his day-to-day life while his father fought cases for other criminals. He knew if by any chance he get caught, his father can get him out in no time for him being a juvenile.
