Lokayukta detectives in MP have detected unaccounted assets worth Rs 10 crore after they raided the house and other establishments of head constable Arun Singh.
Singh, head constable in RTO, was found to be possessing assets in Indore, Rewa, Satna and Jabalpur.
According to the Special Police Establishment, who conducted the raids on Monday, said that Singh’s Anna Nagar based three-story building alone was worth more than Rs one crore.
Singh reportedly owned three four-wheelers including a Scorpio, two plots each measuring 6,000 sq feet in his wife’s name, 30 acre land plot in Rewa, another 25 acre farmhouse in Rewa, two houses in the same town, two plots measuring 8,000 sq ft each, land plot on Indore-Mhow Road, two flats in Indore in the name of his son, eight bank accounts and several lockers.
Authorities said that the raids took place even on Tuesday and the cumulative value of Singh’s assets could be significantly higher once they opened his lockers.
