Bollywood actor Lisa Haydon has shared a picture of herself feeding her son, Zack, saying it has helped her shed the pregnancy weight.

Lisa’s son, Zack Lalvani, who she shares with husband Dino Lalvani, was born on May 17, 2017.

“I’ve gotten loads of posts asking about life after having my son… esp to do with weight and fitness. Seeing as it’s World Breastfeeding Week- time to give some credit where credit is due. Breastfeeding has played such a big part in getting back into shape after giving birth to my baby,” she posted alongside the photograph.

Lisa, 31, said breastfeeding has been challenging as well as time consuming but it’s a beautiful way to bond and connect with the baby.

“…plus all the nutritional benefits that your child gets from your milk. Look out for my blog post on on breastfeeding. Happy #worldbreastfeedingweek.”

Her Instagram post caused plenty of controversy as many users asked if indeed she should have posted this personal photo with her new born baby. While others argued that ‘perverts’ will not be able to appreciate a mother feeding her baby. However, an overwhelming majority of users thought there was nothing in her action describing the photo a ‘beautiful moment’ between mother and a baby.

Here are some of the reactions;

palvashha_khan: Do you really have to show it?

shefalimm: The sad reality we live in. All the perverts on this post, despite seeing a mother feeding her kid, are being the perverts they are. And then there are some who think that she should cover herself but have no issue looking at naked women in magazines or over the internet. Yes those boobs. You mother got them too. Maybe you suffocated while she breastfed you..lack of oxygen really did a number on you perverts.

qchandra@lisahaydon : motherhood is indeed very beautiful in itself and you look very graceful.. bless the child and lots of ❤️ to both of you.

illuminati_kaushik: Great. There’s nothing big than mother’s love. #iSupportBreastFeeding

nethrasenarathne: Thank u for this post. As a mother i know how valuable the breast feeding for baby.

the_tariq_farooqui: Shameless lady

Not so long ago, a breastfeeding photo posted by the daughter of Kyrgyzstan’s president, had become a topic of huge controversy prompting the country’s first family to express their disapproval.
