Kejriwal upset with Tomar, may expel him from the party: Reports


According to media reports, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is unhappy with former state Law Minister Jitendra Singh Tomar after RTI shown by latter to take Kejriwal into confidence was found to be fake.

Reports have also suggested that Aam Aadmi Party may expel Tomar for the same.

However, no official word has come from the party regarding the speculation.

Tomar, who was arrested on Tuesday without any prior notice for an ‘alleged fake LLB degree‘, told a news agency, “My degree is real. This is a conspiracy by the Central Government.” He further assured the public that he would win the case and soon work with the party again. Following the arrest, Tomar also resigned from the party on ‘moral grounds’.

The matter would be heard on June 16, a day when Tomar’s four-day police custody ends.
