Bigg Boss season 11 has suddenly become very interesting with extraordinary events outside the house of the reality TV show dominating social media conversation.
On Sunday, hundreds of cars and bikes, moved around the streets of Noida in Uttar Pradesh with people shouting slogans in favour of Luv Tyagi. This was a novel campaign with the supporters of Luv carrying his posters that said, ‘Vote and support Luv Tyagi.’
This was not a rally in isolation. Similar rallies have been held in Gurgaon, Muzaffarnagar and parts of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh ever since Salman Khan publicly said that Luv did not deserve to come this far.
In one of the episodes, Salman had given a dressing down to Hina Khan and Sapna Chaudhary admonishing them for continuously saving Luv, who has been in the danger zone on multiple occasions but could not be evicted.
His ability to come out of the nominations successfully has always baffled the TV viewers. There were also reports that Luv’s father had allegedly hacked the voting. However, after today’s rally in Noida, it’s clear that Jats, Gujjars and Rajputs have made this their prestige issue, as one of his supporters is seen saying in one of the campaign videos.
Sunday’s rally in Noida too started from the Gujjar-dominated part of the city.
The Bigg Boss season comes to an end in two weeks time as the reality show will finalise on the finalists later next week.
