Union minister Kiren Rijiju on Monday slammed Pakistan for interfering in India’s internal matter after the neighbouring country accused India of committing human rights violations in Kashmir.
Rijiju, according to PTI, said that it should worry more about such violations in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) than the Valley.
“They (Pakistan) should worry (more) about human rights violations in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir than Jammu and Kashmir. Kashmir is an internal matter of India,” he told reporters here.
Rijiju’s comments came a day after Pakistan accused India of committing human rights violations in Kashmir following the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen leader Burhan Wani.
