Head of Delhi government run children home sexually assaulted minor girls, filmed his acts


Police in Delhi arrested a man for sexually assaulting minor girls before filming his acts and allegedly taking selfies.

The man, identified as RS Meena, ran the government-run sehlter home providing refuge to children rescued from trafficking, begging and labour rackets.

“We arrested the accused after recording statements of the victims and the officials,” NDTV quoted senior police officer Satish Kain, adding that medical tests too had confirmed sexual assault.

More than 50 children aged between six and 10 live at the facility run by Meena in the Delhi.

The girls complained about the assaults to the caretaker who had been away from the facility when the offences occurred.
