A 14-year-old girl committed suicide in Mumbai after his classmate allegedly created a fake facebook account and posted some obscene messages on it.
The Mumbai Police have arrested a 10-year-old boy in this connection, after the girl jumped to her death from her home on the seventh floor.
The boy had also been stalking the girl, victim’s parents have alleged.
Earlier, when the parents complained to the police, they called the boy to the police station and let him go with a warning. After that the angry boy made a fake facebook profile of the girl and posted obscene messages on it.
The girl after learning about the facebook posts allegedly jumped from the seven floor of the building located on Mira Road, Mumbai, on 20 October.
The police have filed a case and sent the boy to a juvenile home.
