Former Bigg Boss contestant Soni Singh has sensationally alleged that a man masquerading as her fan made sexual advancement by posting vulgar messages to her on Facebook.
Soni told Times of India, “A man named Martin approached me on Facebook. Initially, I thought he is a fan and reverted nicely. He used to ask about my well being in general and till then it was all fine, until one day he suddenly started posting awkward comments like “I want to kiss you in your mouth”. I was surprised and blocked him right away. But it didn’t stop there as he started messaging from a different ID. I realised that this man was a creep and decided to take action against him.”
The actor, who is currently seen in the show Bitti Businsswali, was earlier seen in the show Naamkarann and had shot to fame with the Bigg Boss season 8.
She told Spotboye website, “Initially, he approached me on Facebook and was trying to be polite to me. Gradually his conversation turned vulgar and started harassing me sexually by using inappropriate comments like, ‘I want to kiss you in your mouth’. I immediately blocked him as I didn’t want to have any negativity around. Then he contacted me through another account and started blaming me for being a racist. He also spoke ill about my country and that we are poor and black people. He didn’t stop there and started polluting my timeline with some other accounts. Now, I don’t understand whether his first account was real or fake. But things got worse when he started writing wrong stuff on my friend’s timeline as well. Whenever they used to post a picture with me he used to go and write that he would reveal something. What, I really have no idea?”
The former reality TV contestant also said that she will contact the cyber cell of police if the alleged perpetrator did not stop the harassment.
She said, “It’s scary as I feel worried what if these guys hack my profile. And yes, reading such comments or facing such negativity is really irritating for sure. As of now nothing but I guess if he don’t stop will go to cyber crime.”
