OROP protest: 4 ex-Servicemen threaten to jump from water tank in Ludhiana

Literally taking their protest on the ‘One Rank, One Pension’ (OROP) to a new high, four ex-servicemen climbed atop a water tank in Punjab’s Ludhiana on Friday to seek its implementation.
