A day when Delhi Law Minster Jitendra Tomar was arrested for an alleged “fake degree”, Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia held a press conference, where he hit out at the Central government. Speaking to the media, Sisodia said, “AAP’s biggest achievement till date is that we have shaken the roots of corruption”.
Sisodia even claimed that “corrupt leaders were attempting to force an emergency-like situation in Delhi” but vowed that his government won’t spare anyone who indulges in such malpractices.
“We won’t spare anyone who tries to stop us from fighting this war against corruption in Delhi”.
Clearing the air about Tomar’s alleged fake degree, Sisodia said,
“This college affidavit clearly states that Mr. Tomar has passed his law degree”.
Sisodia also mentioned about the sudden decision to appoint MK Meena has the Delhi ACB chief. He said, There is no post of a Joint Commissioner in ACB, yet an order was passed to appoint an official for this position.”
