BJP legislator Vijender Gupta was on Monday marshalled out of the Delhi assembly for refusing to vacate his seat even after the speaker barred him from attending the house.

Soon after the house assembled, Gupta — the Bharatiya Janata Party legislator from Rohini — demanded a discussion on his calling attention motion on the education bill, which Speaker Ram Niwas Goel refused to accept.
