Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA), now firmly on the back foot defending a spate of corruption allegations, failed to win any prize in the BCCI annual awards announced on Thursday, barring India’s Test captain Virat Kohli who was chosen in his individual capacity for the prestigious Polly Umrigar Award for superb batting performance. This award is presented to the Best Cricketer of the Year.
