Speaking about his new venture, Prasad told news agency ANI, “We’re very happy, god has blessed us. I want to thank people for their help, I appeal to them to visit my restaurant. We will serve Indian & Chinese cuisine here.”

But netizens weren’t thrilled by his new beginning as they called him ungrateful for his decision to shame the YouTuber, whose initiative was the reason for the extraordinary turnaround in his circumstances.

Kanta Prasad shot to fame after a YouTuber shared his plight through a video. In the video, Prasad was seen breaking down as he feared going out of business. Moved by his video, Delhiites flocked to his dhaba to enjoy his food, while others sent financial donations.

However, Prasad later stunned everyone by accusing the YouTuber, Gaurav Wasan of financial fraud alleging that the latter had not him in full the donation received by him. Wasan denied charges saying that he was disappointed to see his decision to help a needy backfire so spectacularly. This led netizens to troll Prasad by calling him ungrateful.
