Arvind Kejriwal to visit Patna on Thursday, will share stage with Nitish Kumar


Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be flying out to Patna on Thursday to speak at an event organised by the Bihar government, say media reports.

News agency IANS quoting a Delhi government official said that the Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, while recently attending a cultural programmed organised by the Delhi government as a chief guest, had invited Kejriwal to come and speak on the public delivery system.

“CM’s flight for Patna is at 7 am tomorrow (Thursday). He is also likely to visit Bodh Gaya with Nitish Kumar,” an official in Delhi government told the news agency.

The Delhi CM will stay in Bihar overnight and return on Friday.

Both chief ministers have lately developed a considerably good camaraderie and their mutual admiration for each other just ahead of crucial Bihar elections is being seen as a significant move against the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
