Arvind Kejriwal to lead mass ‘Lakshmi Puja’ for Delhi’s welfare, promises LIVE broadcast by ‘few TV channels’

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said that he will lead his team of ministers to conduct a mass Lakshmi Puja to ensure the development for Delhi. In a video message, Kejriwal said that his Lakshmi Puja will be broadcast LIVE by a few TV channels, to create a positive vibe in the national capital.

In a video message, Kejriwal said, “On the day of Diwali, on 14 November from 7.39 PM, We will do organise a mass Lakshmi Puja with Delhi’s 2 crore people. I will start Lakshmi Puja at a place in Delhi with all my ministers at 7.39 PM. A few TV channels will stream the event LIVE.”

Kejriwal urged Delhiites to join him in Lakshi Puja from inside their homes on 14 November. “I feel that if Delhi’s 2 crore people take part in Lakshmi Puja to mark the return of Ram Chandra ji’s return from exile, then the entire Delhi will have an extraordinary environment. The whole of Delhi will have positive vibes. I believe that this will lead to the welfare of everyone in Delhi. There will be happiness in every family of Delhi.”

An IIT graduate, Kejriwal has been accused of shifting his politics towards Hindutva in the last few years, prompting many to conclude that he’s become the B team of the BJP.

Delhi saw one of its worst anti-Muslim riots that killed 53 people, mostly Muslims, soon after he won a historic mandate as the national capital’s chief minister in February this year.
