The legal team of Hindi film’s megastar, Amitabh Bachchan, has reportedly served a legal notice to AAP leader and poet, Kumar Vishwas, for alleged copyright infringement.
Bachchan’s lawyers have served the legal notice after Vishwas recorded a song using lyrics from Harivansh Rai Bachchan and uploading on YouTube.
Vishwas had recorded the composition, Need Ka Nirman, on YouTube 8 July. (Watch Below)
The notice has asked Vishwas to ‘delete poem of Haribansh Bacchan from YouTube channel and return the amount of money earned by it.’
Reacting to the reports of legal notice, Vishwas tweeted that he was deleting the song from YouTube.
He wrote, “Rcvd appreciation frm all poet’s family but Notice frm you Sir.Deleting the Tribute video to Babuji.Sending earned Rs 32 as demanded.Pranam (sic)”

He had tweeted the song on the microblogging site saying that ‘Mahakavi Harivansh Rai Bachchan defines ‘Phoenix’ in melody ‘Need Ka Nirman’. Listen and share.’

Bachchan had reacted angrily on 8 July by warning that he will take legal action against Vishwas.
An angry Bachchan had written, “this is a copyright infringement .. ! legal will take care of this.”

Other media reports also said that Bachchan had asked Vishwas on the YouTube earning from this song.
Need Ka Nirman is a famous composition of Harivansh Rai Bachchan.
Vishwas has not reacted on the development yet.
