Airtel postpaid customers to carry forward unused data to next billing cycle

Bharti Airtel has announced that its postpaid customers will now be able to carry forward their unused data to the subsequent billing cycle starting 1 August.

The company said, “This new-to-the-world innovation will ensure zero data wastage for customers and brings unmatched value to the Airtel Postpaid proposition.”

This means that if you have 4 GB monthly data plan and you’ve only used 2 GB for any given month, you will be able to carry forward the remaining 2 GB to the next billing cycle. This will then make your data entitlement to 6 GM for the next month.

The company said that its customers will now be able manage their data on the MyAirtel app.

Airtel also said that it was working to revamp its app and website with a view to adding more features.
