Pro-Congress political analyst Tehseen Poonawalla on Saturday was introduced as the new contestant for the Bigg Boss reality show as a wild card entrant. Also joining him is a YouTuber, Vikas Pathak (known as Hindustani Bhau). Poonawalla said that he aimed to be the winner of the show on the day of the finale on 12 January. The Saturday night show also saw host Salman Khan lash out at Rashami Desai, Shefali Bagga and Paras Chhabra.
Salman slammed Rashami Desai for turning a blind eye when a member from her team namely Shefali Bagga had cast aspersions at Shehnaaz Gill’s character. Shefali was later seen apologising to Shehnaaz.
Turning his attention towards Rashami, Salman asked her why she acted as a mute spectator when Shefali was using objectionable terms for Shehnaaz. Salman also concluded that Rashami was in the show only to target Siddharth Shukla.
As expected, Rashami and Devoleena were speechless after being publicly shamed by Salman.
Devoleena Bhattacharjee had apparently accused Salman of being biased towards Siddharth Shukla. Salman reminded Devoleena that she had accused him of making Siddharth a hero on the show. “Mahira and you never make a mistake,” Salman told Devoleena sarcastically as they denied his allegations.
Salman was also menacing towards Paras, who had accused him of deliberately targeting him every week. Salman told Paras that just because he was able to build muscle in the gym, it did not make him a hero. Paras was involved in a violent fight with Asim last week. Asim was seen throwing items in the air after Paras used abusive languages for his mother and sister.
In other developments, Urvashi Dholakia and Sana Khan, two former Bigg Boss contestants entered the house on Saturday night. Both divided the house into two teams and gave them the task of making lamps and cooking a sweet dish for Diwali. Team Sana (Shehnaaz Gill) won the task and earned a Diwali gift hamper.
Salman was surprised as the housemates were able to finally complete a task since all their previous tasks ‘had to be cancelled’ due to violent fights.
