Several days after the leaked video of Radhika Apte and Adil Hussain’s Parched, now there are reports of the video being sold as porn.
According to some reports, the video involving Hussain and Apte’s sex scenes is being sold at as low as Rs 90.
A shocked Hussain asked, “”Do they have the full movie?”
Hussain had earlier objected to the leaked video labelled as Radhika Apte’s sex video.
He had told Indian Express, “The most interesting aspect is that the leaked videos is titled as Radhika Apte sex scene and not as Adil Hussain sex scene. That’s because a man doing it is just another matter whereas when a woman does it, it does matter. It is only then when it becomes a sex scene. It also shows the patriarchal society that we live in. In the West, such scenes are normally shown in their films.”
Parched has Radhika Apte and Adil Hussain in lead roles and the film had recently earned plenty of plaudits at the just concluded Melbourne Film Festival. However, the sex scene was leaked online even before the film could be officially released in India.
The leaked lovemaking scene has Radhika in the nude. As expected the video went viral on social media platforms.
The makers of the film have approached the cyber cell, but the police has not yet arrested anyone. Adil has little doubt that the culprit has to be a man and from India.
“The person who has done it, I am sure is not a woman but a man. And it must be an Indian man.”
