The film has been written by Khanna, who had unveiled the film’s teaser at the Cannes Film Festival last year. The film was premiered at the Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival.
The movie revolves around a friendship between a young tight-rope walker and a widow named Noor in Vrindavan. They have a desire to play with colours during the Hindu festival of Holi. It raises important issues around women empowerment, girl child education and their right to live with dignity.
