A day after US First Lady Melania Trump was spotted wearing a jacket that had ‘I really don’t care’ written on its back, Mira Rajput has become the first Indian celebrity to take on Donald Trump’s wife.
Taking to Instagram, Mira posted a photo of Melania in her much-talked-about outfit and asked, “Seriously?”
Amidst dominating social media conversations, many concluded that a $39 Zara jacket emblazoned with “I really don’t care, do u?” looked unusual in the wardrobe of a US First Lady – especially a former model known for her designer taste, reported BBC. Melania was on her way to meet migrant children separated from their parents in Texas at the border when she was first spotted in the jacket.
But Mira taking on the US First Lady so publicly is a sign of her new confidence. One would have thought that any celebrity would like to keep such private moments away from the public glare. But Mira chose to post the story with the following caption, “Sleeping with my pillow. The snuggle is real.” In her next story related to the same video, she asked fans, “Ya… so should I move or let him sleep.”
