Sara Ali Khan has become one of the most successful star daughters in Bollywood with her first two films, Kedarnath and Simmba, doing brisk business at the box office. But, Saif Ali Khan’s daughter has had to deal with intense media spotlight even before she made her Bollywood debut last year. Mumbai’s paparazzi brigade has only intensified their attention on Sara after the success of her first two films. Intense media spotlight has also brought its own share of woes as Sara recently experienced an overexcited fan touching her inappropriately on the pretext of clicking a selfie with her. The fan’s approach left Sara in a lot of discomfort, but she displayed incredible presence of mind and gave her fan a look that he will remember for the rest of his life.
This all started after Sara Ali Khan made her way out of the airport. Her fans approached her requesting her for a selfie. A kind-hearted person that she is, Sara did not disappoint them and stopped to pose for the camera. However, she became uncomfortable when a man dressed in a blue T-shirt went too close to Sara to click a selfie. Sara moved away from him and gave him a menacing look. It appeared that the man in question did not learn from his mistake and kept getting too close to Sara. Once again the Simmba actress moved away from him and stared at him without uttering a word.
While Sara may have maintained a fine composure even in the face of inappropriate behaviour by a fan, netizens were aghast by what they saw in the video. One wrote, “Omg what is wrong with people? No concept of personal space at all, especially the guy in blue who came too close and then the old man who was literally in her face with his cellphone.” Another commented, “The guy in blue was touching her hand..tats so cheap.”
On the work front, Sara has finished shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal sequel also featuring her rumoured boyfriend Kartik Aryan and is currently filming Coolie No.1 with Varun Dhawan.
