Former Bigg Boss contestant Jasleen Matharu files FIR against Deepak Thakur, Muzaffarpur man apologises for objectionable video

Former Bigg Boss contestant Jasleen Matharu has reportedly filed an FIR against fellow housemate Deepak Thakur for an objectionable video. This was after a video of Deepak in conversation with a small boy went viral on social media platforms.

In the video, Deepak was seen speaking to a little boy while asking what the latter would do if he entered the Bigg Boss house. The boy replied, “I will have fun and get into the swimming poll with Jasleen Matharu.”

According to an entertainment website, Jasleen, who had entered the last edition of the Bigg Boss house with legendary bhajan singer Anup Jalota, took objection to Deepak’s video and filed a case against him.

Frighted by potential legal consequences, Deepak reportedly issued an apology to Jasleen. “M sorry to everyone jisko v hmne hurt kiya h hm ek sadharan se insan h na aisa sochte h naa jhol jhaal me rhte h aur ldkiyo ki dilse izzat krte h aur aapki v krte hai @jasleenmatharu To aapko agr bura feel hua mere uss funny video se to Extremely sorry (I am sorry to every one whosoever I’ve hurt. I am an ordinary person. Neither do I think this way nor do I indulge in hanky panky. I respect women including you Jasleen Matharu. So, if you felt bad by my funny video, then I am sorry,” Pinkvilla quoted Deepak’s latest social media post.

Deepak, who hails from Bihar, had entered the Bigg Boss house as a commoner. His comments often caused controversy and unrest on the reality show, but this allowed to progress to the final. Dipika Kakar Ibrahim had gone on to win the competition.

While in the house, Deepak and Jasleen often quibbled due to their differences. He had chosen a bag containing Rs 20 lakh over the trophy since he wasn’t sure if he would win the title.
