Former Bigg Boss contestant Arshi Khan has come up with a solution to stop the rapidly falling TRPs of the latest edition of the reality show, currently being broadcast on Colors TV. She decided to send her proposal from her Instagram page.
This was after the latest weekly TRP ratings for week 45 (November 3 -November 9, 2018) considerable fall in the TV viewership of the reality show. With 3.8 ratings, Colors TV’s show Naagin 3 was the most watched programme, Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya grabbed the second and third positions with 3.1 and 2.6 TRP ratings, respectively.
Despite all it media hype and social media buzz, Bigg Boss 12 could find a spot in the list of top ten most watched TV shows. It ended the week with poor 1.7 TRP ratings, falling to 17th position. This will give a real cause of concern to the makers of the reality TV show.
Arshi, who was one of the most talked about contestants in the last edition of the Bigg Boss show, asked the producers of the show to invite her in the ongoing show, promising to lift the TRPs. However, her proposal had a rider. The model-actor wrote that she will not come for free and charge for her appearance.
Arshi wrote, “Bigg Boss, what’s wrong with your makers. Do they not realise that your tRP has fallen to 1.6. I mean it’s ok, I wouldn’t come to your show without payment but there are other options also available that you should consider. I love you Bigg Boss, think about it.”
