Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra launches ‘Brothers’ Game


After the launch of several Bollywood movie online games like Happy New Year, Singham Returns and Bang Bang, reel-life brothers, Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra have now released a game on their upcoming movie, Brothers called, ‘Brothers: Clash of Fighters’.

Brothers, which is releasing on the eve of Independence Day has an official game after its name. The game has 3-D characters from the movie resembling Khiladi actor Akshay Kumar, and Sidharth Malhotra along with other international fighters and allows the users to play in a one-to-one street combat fight.

In a statement issued to the media, Akshay Kumar said, “I am so excited about the launch of this game. Seeing Sidharth and myself in our game avatars has been great.”

Each fight in the game offers three rounds to the players, with each round getting tougher than the previous one. The player needs to beat the opponent to win and finally reach the ‘Right to Fight’ championship. It features different fighting courts including the street, the gym, and the Ready to fight arena.

Talking to reporters, Sidharth Malhotra said, “Seeing myself in my game avatar has been a fanboy experience. I have played many video and console games while growing up and it’s exciting that now I am a game character too. My boys are loving it. In fact, I feel girls might also enjoy playing this game because the characters are actually me and Akshay.”

Till the movie gets released, that is, on August 14, 2015, the game allows players to participate in some daily missions the game has to offer. The winners of which can get a chance to meet the cast of Brothers.
